Just north of Frisco, in the coveted ‘Golden Corridor’, Celina is open for business! The City of Celina was named the 8th fastest growing city in the Dallas Metroplex by the US Census and North Texas Council of Governments Research and Information Services. A wholesome, country lifestyle, the excellent school system, and the warm, friendly community of Celina have enticed hundreds of families. And with a trade population of approximately 69,000 per the last census, business are also finding Celina an ideal location.
There are many opportunities for those wanting land to build or a find a home in one of its established residential communities. New home developments continue to break ground as well. In spite of all the growth that is transforming this long-established farming community into a thriving Dallas area suburb, the schools are still small, the neighbors neighborly and the Mayor still knows everybody.

The Celina ISD is comprised of three communities: Celina, Anna and Weston. In addition to an extensive honors and advanced placement curriculum, the District offers a gifted and talented program for all grade levels and the option of graduating with a Distinguished Achievement diploma.
When residents want to get away – Frisco, McKinney and Denton are all within a 30 minute drive for shopping, theater and dining.
